Ingredients

  • Peanut/Sesame oil – 1 tablespoon

  • Boneless and skinless chicken thigh – 8 , cut into pieces – 2 inch

  • Onion – 1

  • Broccoli – 1

  • Fresh Peas – 1 cup

  • Green beans – 1/2 cup

  • Diced red capsicum or Bell pepper – 1

  • Fresh baby corn – 12

  • Garlic – 2 teaspoons

  • Oyster sauce – 3 tablespoons

  • Soy sauce – 2 tablespoons

  • Brown sugar – 1 tablespoon

  • Packaged noodles – 1 packet (440 g or 15 oz)

  • Salt – As per your taste

Directions

  • Heat a large frying pan over medium heat.
  • Add some oil in frying pan and fry chicken until golden brown and cooks properly.
  • When chicken cooks properly then add broccoli, peas, green beans, red capsicum/bell pepper and baby corns. Stir fry until all begin to soften.
  • Add garlic, Oyster sauce, Soy sauce and brown sugar. Mix them properly.
  • After this add pre-washed noodles and stir this occasionally for 3-4 minutes until vegetables and noodles cooked properly.
