Peanut/Sesame oil – 1 tablespoon
Boneless and skinless chicken thigh – 8 , cut into pieces – 2 inch
Onion – 1
Broccoli – 1
Fresh Peas – 1 cup
Green beans – 1/2 cup
Diced red capsicum or Bell pepper – 1
Fresh baby corn – 12
Garlic – 2 teaspoons
Oyster sauce – 3 tablespoons
Soy sauce – 2 tablespoons
Brown sugar – 1 tablespoon
Packaged noodles – 1 packet (440 g or 15 oz)
Salt – As per your taste
Directions
- Heat a large frying pan over medium heat.
- Add some oil in frying pan and fry chicken until golden brown and cooks properly.
- When chicken cooks properly then add broccoli, peas, green beans, red capsicum/bell pepper and baby corns. Stir fry until all begin to soften.
- Add garlic, Oyster sauce, Soy sauce and brown sugar. Mix them properly.
- After this add pre-washed noodles and stir this occasionally for 3-4 minutes until vegetables and noodles cooked properly.
