  • Eggs – 9

  • Butter – 1 teaspoon

  • Milk – 1/2 cup

  • Shredded Cheddar Cheese – 1/4 cup

  • Salt – As per your requirement

  • Sour Cream – 1/2 cup

  • Green Onion (Chopped) – 2

Directions

  • Set the oven to 175 degree C for preheating.
  • Take a baking dish and grease with butter.
  • Take a bowl, stir together the salt, milk, sour cream, and eggs. Add green onions and stir. Fill the baking dish with the mixture.
  • Bake this in preheated oven for 20 – 25 minutes. Add Cheddar cheese over eggs and again bake until cheese melted.
