Quick Oats – 1 3/4 cups
Bananas – 2 large
- Optional Add-ins –
Shredded Coconut – 1/4 cup
Vanilla Extract – 2 teaspoons
Dry Fruits – 1/3 cup
Crushed Nuts – 1/3 cup (peanut, walnuts, almonds)
Peanut butter chips – 1/4 cup
Hazelnut spread – 1/4 cup
Honey – 1 teaspoon
Choco chips – 1/4 cup
Peanut or any nut flour – 4 tablespoons
Directions
- Mash bananas in a bowl. Add oats in it and mix properly.
- Add optional add-ins you like from ingredient list. I personally like to add peanut flour, choco chips, crushed nuts and vanilla extract.
- Heat up oven to 180°C.
- Now take baking tray with baking paper and drop one tablespoon of prepared cookie dough. Press down with a spoon and give it a cookie shape. Do this step for all cookies.
- Bake all these cookies for 15 minutes in oven until cookies are lightly golden.
- Take out these cookies from oven and leave them for few minutes to cool.
