Ingredients

  • Quick Oats – 1 3/4 cups

  • Bananas – 2 large

  • Optional Add-ins –
  • Shredded Coconut – 1/4 cup

  • Vanilla Extract – 2 teaspoons

  • Dry Fruits – 1/3 cup

  • Crushed Nuts – 1/3 cup (peanut, walnuts, almonds)

  • Peanut butter chips – 1/4 cup

  • Hazelnut spread – 1/4 cup

  • Honey – 1 teaspoon

  • Choco chips – 1/4 cup

  • Peanut or any nut flour – 4 tablespoons

Directions

  • Mash bananas in a bowl. Add oats in it and mix properly.
  • Add optional add-ins you like from ingredient list. I personally like to add peanut flour, choco chips, crushed nuts and vanilla extract.
  • Heat up oven to 180°C.
  • Now take baking tray with baking paper and drop one tablespoon of prepared cookie dough. Press down with a spoon and give it a cookie shape. Do this step for all cookies.
  • Bake all these cookies for 15 minutes in oven until cookies are lightly golden.
  • Take out these cookies from oven and leave them for few minutes to cool.
