Ingredients

  • Cold heavy cream – 250 ml

  • Refined White Sugar – 2 tablespoons

  • Vanilla Extract – 1/2 teaspoon

Directions

  • Blend heavy cream, sugar and vanilla extract on medium high speed for 3-4 minutes with a hand blender or mixer.
  • Mix all these properly until it form a perfect consistency of cream for topping on desserts.
  • Use right away or closely cover and chill in the fridge.
