- Fried Banana Slices –
Sliced banana – 1 large
Butter – 1 teaspoon
Honey – 1/2 teaspoon
Wafer Cookies – 4
Vanilla greek yogurt
- Smoothie –
Frozen bananas – 2 large
Quick oats – 1/4 cup
Greek yogurt – 1/2 cup
Ground cinnamon – 1/4 teaspoon
Milk – 2 cups
Vanilla bean paste – 1/4 teaspoon
Honey – 2 tablespoons
Directions
- Add frozen bananas, oats, yogurt, cinnamon, milk, vanilla paste and honey in a blender and blend all these until smooth and creamy.
- Now take a nonsticky pan. Add butter and fry banana slices in it until golden. Add honey over banana slices.
- Take serving glasses and pour smoothie in these glasses. Now top this with greek yogurt, fried banana slices and wafer cookies.
